Pros

the good thing about chase is the pay compared to the rest of the other large banks. There is also strength in the brand

Cons

campaigns cause bankers to put the customer second when it comes to making numbers.

Pros

They always made sure to give recognition to those who deserved it. They encourage sales, of course, but werent TOO pushy about it. Great technology.

Cons

Even though they recognized when your sales were up, the bonuses for it was a joke. And they did little to help train you for sales. I know sales is something that you have or you don't, but they didnt even give any tips or advice. They just through me in! And the pay was horrible!

Pros

Chase is a very sales driven corporation. If you are true sales person, this is definitely a good company to work for. The incentive compensation is probably the best in the retail financial sector.

Cons

Very sales driven, you're only valued for the numbers that you can post. Upper management pushes the branch managers and the branch managers have to push their sales people. It is never ending cycle of increasing goals.
