Pros

Good incentive plan and opportunity to grow in company. Chase gives good guidance on how to be successful but allows you to make it your own. I would recommend for anyone to work here that desires to be in banking

Cons

Length of training was long and odd scheduling in training hours

Pros

Chase has pretty good benefits, education advancement, etc. In terms of the big banks, I believe that Chase does a good job of communicating with it's employees, making sure that they are recognized.

Cons

Dealing with unruly customers, who get mad at the teller for a policy that Chase has implemented (i.e. fees). Unrealistic referral expectations Hours, the bank hours are fine, but when you have responsibilities such as atm, vault, tcd, and auditing. Expect to stay later or come in earlier.
