Good and Bad

Pros

- Benefits -Employees except Management. -Incentatives - Yearly Bonus if qualified - if you make mistakes, they give you chances few times.

Cons

-Management do not want to pay over time, if you do over time, the next day your hours will go down. - If you need day off, the manager will tell you some excuses, specially my former assistant maanger -If a teller wants to move up, they have to apply online. - The manager will play with your schedule.

Great people. You will earn many friends. Great online system for booking vacations and days-off. Flexible timings. Full-time or Part-time.

Cons

Too much sales pressure. Calls are monitors closely. Very busy environment. Non-stop calls. You have be accountable for every second.
