Pros

Great people, benefits, opportunity to advance, good traininig available, Polaris location is very self contained - you have everything from cafeterias to dry cleaning to Star Bucks onsite

Cons

Very high pressure, you can end up feeling like you are chasing a shiny ball which changes direction often and many times drops like a rock - only to have a new one appear.

Pros

If you do well, you are rewarded both monetarily and with the ability to move up in the future. It's not a very hard job, and a person can easily make 40,000 a year. The benefits are great. Fairly soft sales job, generally not cold calling.

Cons

It can be a grind, selling the same thing over and over again. You're selling primarily bank products. There is pressure by management to sell certain items, even if it's not right for the customer Lots of micromanaging, even if you do well. You have to work the lobby for customers.
