Pros

Many different job opportunities, decent pay, good people to work with who are on your same level, excellent benefits, strong bank.

Cons

Micromanagement, micromanagement, micromanagement. You spend more time reporting what you are doing than doing what you are supposed to be doing. Management's favorite saying is "do this or lose your job."
