Pros

It is a large multinational corporation with great name recognition. The company supports sales with plenty of advertising and marketing.

Cons

After taking over Washington Mutual Chase almost immediately reduced our commissions by 60%. The company fosters a very competitive environment between it's sales people with everyone afraid for their job.

Pros

Nice employees generally and I had a great manager.

Cons

For a loan officer, the fulfillment centers did not close loans in a timely manner and did not understand the urgency of purchase closing dates. It made the service piece of being a loan officer very poor.

Pros

Chase has a great benefits plan, the has matching contributions better than other employers. It is a company that doesn't let people go for reduction in force.

Cons

The main downfall with Chase is there communication during the process of career advancement. They have put off numurous colleagues that have the qualifications for people who are less qualified but know the right person.
