Pros

-Great benefits including matching 401k, health, dental, life, STD, LTD. -Strongest company in its industry -Paid Holidays, 4 weeks vacation for managers, business specialists.

Cons

-Company constantly reducing incentive structure for retail employees -Very little chance of upward advancement unless you want to relocate out of state -Compensation is heavily dependent on the foot traffic of the branch you are in (slow branch means less $ in your pocket) and upper management expects the same results no matter how slow your branch is. -Extreme Micro-managing
