Pros

Too numerous to list. Among them would be a benefits package that is second to none, excellent opportunity for advancement and a great support staff. I especially appreciate the merit based compensation package.

Cons

A small downside is also a major strength, and that is the shear size of the company. On the downside, it means that what could be appropriate in one particular place may not be appropriate for the company overall.

Pros

Decent pay, and benefits and you have the ability to learn from knowledgeable individuals. Educational assistance, decent work life balance.

Cons

Being in sales, constant pressure to exceed targets, and little assistance from upper management. Once you move over from the competitor along with your book of business and the book of business is used up... You are gone.
