Pros

JPMorgan Chase has good benefits. They also have a great 401k plan. If you are of the management area, you automatically get 4 weeks of paid vacation a year, along with sick days and a few holidays. They do offer 12wks of full pay of maternity leave as long as you've been employed for one full year before your due date. They are located all around the US which makes it an easy job transfer.

Cons

They claim to have different work options for families but there is a long process to even get acknowleged for the approval process. I worked there for 3years and had a total of 3different managers. During this time period, I was never given a review or even goals for my job role. Never enve had a raise. The other employees in my branch never got raises in these past 3years either.

Pros

Status and marketing plans are excellent. The security of the company is outstanding.

Cons

stuffy. Not very good communication between upper management and employees. Compliance seemed to be a never ending routine and the management was completely distracted by these events and lost sight of basic day to day needs and motivations. Training is not very good for new employees.

Pros

Nice to work for a company that is the leader in the industry and still remains hungry to continue it's growth and achievement. Company's bottom line is stronger than any business I've ever heard of. Company is small enough that you can make an impact. Supportive management throughout the organization. Most employees are passionate about their jobs and working for Chase Paymentech. There are many long-tenured employees which indicates good things (10-20+ years). Company is growing and is committed to staying on the cutting edge of the Payments industry.

Cons

Many employees have simply been around too long - they have a great deal of knowledge but end up holding the company back from moving forward and from making improvements in communication and cooperation across divisions and silos. There are pockets within the company where the "blame-game" is part of the culture and too much time is spent covering tracks instead of allowing people to focus solutions and results.
