Pros

Chase is a strong, stable company that has been around for years and continuously tries to stay ahead of the game. I believe the Pay is great, the people are great, management is great. I've been with a couple of other financial institutions and Chase has always taken very good care of me.

Cons

i have yet to find a really big downside. I'm happy with working for Chase and do not see myself leaving, unlike other financial institutions that I used to gain experience in the field then transfer to somewhere else once i felt like my personal goal was accomplished.

Pros

The hours were good, the pay was competitive, the benefit program was superior, and the worksite was always well maintained.

Cons

Being negatively blindside by pitiless lackeys of a faceless management for circumstances that were far beyond the control of a single individual, which resulted in an abrupt termination (including ZERO severance) without a chance to offer the facts illustrating the other side of the story.
