Pros

chase has good health insurance. the fact that there is still a retirement plan (pension) and 401k is also a plus. if you are a banker and you meet your numbers and are always, at work you do okay and its almost a guarantee that you will still have a job tomorrow.

Cons

I dont feel that I am ever treated like I am doing a good job, because my boss will never tell me that. I always hear about what I need to work on. My branch is slow, the people are old, like 70 plus or young college students. There is no in between so it makes it hard to sell online bill pay, or get someone to buy a house and very hard to get investments. I feel that I live @ the branch. and when I ask for a transfer, im ignored. Im worked to death for no reward in return
