Pros

Good benefits, 4 weeks vacation each year for managers, ample amount of sick days. Overall not a difficult job is you have the right staff in place.

Cons

District Manager calling you on vacations, requiring you to come to your branch on vacations, H,R. rescinding written warnings for poor performance because the employee complains. Frequently short staffed and over worked.

Pros

Lots of customers and the ability to take any kind of retail banking position in Chase. Good incentive plan as well.

Cons

Had to try and work the lobby with the same customers that walk in every damn day. Horrible system setup for secret shops since its not a good way to measure the customer service of the employees.
