Pros

Pay is okay for the market. Get to meet a lot of really nice employees and knowledgeable professionals.

Cons

They change their concentration on certain issues every month. (ex: loans one month, deposits next month, etc). If you have something to say to the higher ups they don't like to hear you mention it. If you grow your book, it doesn't matter.

Pros

They pay you but they have significantly reduced employees ability to earn commissions, making it impossible to maintain employees.

Cons

The regional managers a completely dysfunctional. 80% plus of managers and supporting staff have quit but they blame it on the staffs inability to be team players. They will tell you whatever they think you want to hear so you will become an employee but turn around and deny they ever said anything to you in the interview. Other managers, will end up stabbing you in the back to make themselves look good. You have to keep a pipeline of 5 ABs and 5 RB/PCBs and not because they want you to but you have to because you will run through 2-4 within a year. Should you not be one of the 2 or 3 original managers that still remain you will be told you will be fired on a monthly basis for not hitting your goals. While Chase has a good reputation, the retail division only cares about how many calls you made or appointments you had on a daily basis. If you don't have your 20 calls or 5 appointments and you have low ranking RB/PCB, then you will again be threatened with termination. Many may read this and assume I am jaded because I was a terrible employee, when in actuality, I was successful there but there was no way I could continue, long term with there constant stressing.
