Pros

Great benefits offers part time (30 hrs) Learn a lot Plenty of opportunity for development/promotion

Cons

Can be a lot of pressure to do things right. There’s lots of rules which is understandable since you have to deal with peoples money but it can feel like you can lose your job if you make a mistake

Pros

Theres good pay sick leave vacation holiday pay volunteer pay always have sunday off

Cons

for the transaction line the work schedule is not consistent, sometimes you will work 6hrs sometimes 8.5hrs Each branch has same guidelines and policies but each branch is run a bit different, so customers will sometimes get used to a certain branch then take it out on another branch because of the differences each branch is "sufficiently" staffed yet some need to open AND close because of the lack of bodies.
