Pros

the benefits are good and the pay can be good only if you negotiate

Cons

everything about the job honestly, but that could be because I have a bad manager that cares more about customer experience than employee experience

Pros

Great Company, great training and good benefits.

Cons

Overworked and understaffed most of the time. Due to limited staffing, many employees wore different hats to fulfill and help with other jobs. Besides bonuses, incentives for branches and employees for performing well are mediocre.
