Staff (at most branches) is completely overwhelmed with not enough staff and back-to-back customers from open until close... quiet doesn't last long, if ever, at some branches... due to the high-stress, low staff environment, tension between employees can/will arise... must be able to handle this as best you can... Not enough ATMs at/in-branch, technology is cheap and outdated, and no cash recycling machines at work-stations in some branches causing long lines and inconvenience to customers, who then may take it out on employees... Too many ANGRY, ABUSIVE customers who don't care to use online, mobile, and phone banking and are VERY ENTITLED and expect to be served RIGHT Away... Very difficult to be promoted if you don't have previous banking experience; the unspoken rule is that you must be with the company a certain amount of years before they even consider you for the next role up... A great job on your resume if you're young/in school/looking for experience. Pushed me to, and over, my personal and professional limits therefore I refused to work there any longer.

Very organized and knows how to do what they yeahhh
