Pros

The paychecks are good and somewhat decent

Cons

Typical office desk, 8-5 job. It's micromanaged to the last millisecond with expectations of being quick on the phone but people want to keep you on the phone, so make that make any sense. Then that gets overanalyzed by management. Using time is a crap show, especially when medical obligations come up. All they pretty much want is for employees to be glued on the phones all day, and that's exhausting.

Pros

Great benefits— health insurance costs, time off etc

Cons

Hard to promote— they like to hire externally and pay them higher than internal hires.
