Pros

Benefits are great… they are the only reason I stayed

Cons

Horrible management.. a lot of racism in North Texas.. Hr sends you on a loop and does nothing.. EAP line was a joke.. oh and don’t quit the year you use any vacation time because chase takes it out of your final paycheck.. was given 100 dollars for my final paycheck when they are the people who gave the vacation hours to us upfront… a very peculiar work environment.. I was bullied by my peers for no reason.. managers are just looking for you to slave… they recommended checking our emails on breaks.. they sent me into a depression.. will sue them soon

Pros

Great benefits and easy work.

Cons

I applied as an associate banker to get my foot in the door. That was a mistake. I hoped to get in as a data analyst eventually, but there are no cross transfers from retail banking to corporate banking. A year wasted after constant application denials.
