      Pros

      Benefits - especially health insurance - are second to none. By far the best I have ever had or encountered in any job. The main reason I really miss working there. Co-workers were also mostly fantastic, with a few with bad attitudes/lazy like in any job.

      Cons

      Starting salary was a bit low compared to other jurisdictions, and raises and cost of living increases could be better and more frequent to keep good employees. The main reason I left was to make more elsewhere.
