      Pros

      Have a fair retirement program, you can retire in 25 years.

      Cons

      There has not been raises in years. There is no incentive to be creative in the work place.

      Pros

      Benefits are good. Paid holidays are a huge bonus. You can accrue sick leave. Vacation can be carried over to the following year.

      Cons

      With the exception of upper management, salaries are very low. Raises, bonuses, incentive pay and cost of living adjustments are nonexistent and promotions aren't merit based. Open positions are usually filled prior to the opening being announced.
