Company has amazing culture and values. You will be working with very nice and smart people, but the culture is deteriorating sharply as company is growing.

Cons

The connection between Business and Technology is not very great, causing the product offering to be not so great. Compensation is very low compared to Philadelphia/Kings of Prussia. Health Insurance option available is not great. There has been a change in management in last couple of years, and since then the company seems to be divided between old management and new management.
