Pros

I worked here for a little over 5 years. Some of the smartest, kindest people that I have worked with. Everyone brings their A game and wants to see you succeed. A great place to start a career and build hard & soft skills that can be applied across other industries.

Cons

There was a lot of upper management churn during my time at the firm. After every 6 months or a year or so there would be a massive re-org that would cause a lot of confusion. Over time it wasn't clear what the vision for the company was and what direction it was headed in. Seemed like the purpose and values that were emphasized years ago were no longer at the core of the company.

Pros

A few talented people still remain who care deeply about clients. The firm once had a respected culture under its founder, but that’s long gone.

Cons

The role I was sold and the reality were completely different. No clear vision or strategy. The CEO is out of his depth and the board is asleep at the wheel. Resting on past reputation while running on outdated tech, slow processes, and a lack of trust and transparency. Once respected, now cultish and everything wrong with corporate America. People are leaving in droves. Those who question leadership are pushed out. Non-compete restrictions and shareholder structures trap people instead of empowering them. This company is on the decline and unlikely to exist in the long-term.
