Pay isnt tops in industry but the people care about you. E xcellent medical benefits and consistent overtime.

Cons

Only 10 days vaction and inadequate 401k match.

Pros

growing company, great benefits, solid and profitable. benefits include cadillac health insurance plan, matching 401k, bonus's for all employees, vacation/sick time off, etc. should see 100% growth in next 4 years.

Cons

wear many hats due to smaller company, but that also means a greater variety of experiences. many employees have been with company for a long time, some in excess of 30 years.
