In more than one instance, I have been a victim of a vice president who sees belittling his employees in public and speaking insultingly as legitimate behavior. I don’t understand how such things are allowed to happen; what’s certain is that every time it happened, I told myself: how can you let someone speak to you this way? I hope someone there opens their eyes.
