Pros

Takes great care of employees, very good benefits, some of the best products on the market, and always a very stable company with a "steady Eddie" stock history! Best procurement consolidation play on the market today! Their US West Management Team is awesome! Some of the best in the market today!

Cons

Pay has historically been low, causing a lot of employee churn. This has definitely changed for the better in the last 1 1/2 years, but remains an issue with people hired in the last 2-4 years. High-level marketing materials are often too technically inclined and often miss "The Why."
