Cons
Management - people are terrible, arrogant and literally abusive. Not willing to hear a single word you say, they know everything and you should just obey. Makes you wonder why the hired you with experience if they just want robots that fill orders. They instil terror and fear, it's just horrible. And it trickles down from c-level management down to mid management, who are also being abused. Will never get over the trauma, it just crushed my entire self confidence for years Culture - absolutely toxic. If you want your winds to be cut down, go work there Zero trust - you are enemy and a threat to the company, they always try to find where you do wrong and have no faith and trust in employees Cheap - bad bad bad salaries, unwilling to give raises (they will find every excuse on the planet to prove you are unworthy of it), RSUs are granted for only a select number of people. Outside you'll double your salary Employees are not valued. You can see that in everything they do. They only care about shareholders revenue, and that's it.
