Pros
Great work-life balance, amazing people, lots of perks. They let you bring your dog and in the summer there’s a camp for children inside. They really look after you and there’s just a general sense of positivity, creativity, and productivity without the corporate negatives that are normally present at companies of this size. Stress-free environment, play and relaxing area (or should i say floor), fully stocked kitchen in every floor, massage chair at every floor, gym, hairdresser and nail salon. What more could you need? Help is always provided and micromanagement is non-apparent, at least in my department. I really enjoy coming into work.
