      your colleagues will feel like an extension of your family, lunch is catered everyday, can move up the ladder very fast

      Cons

      management has no idea what they are doing (this includes the director), management tends to over work anyone who shows initiative, the buddy system is how one gets promoted, once in support role leaving support is almost impossible without quitting
