      You are just another person in a very big system and they treat you like that. Don'ts expect anything until you are there for at least 3-4 years.

      Pros

      Great people across the board. People want to see you succeed and knowledge transfer and internal team support is high. Growth causes change but it's good for business and the company seems to be adapting to the market needs.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than market and competitors are offering great opportunities for the same role but more money. Management doesn't seem to have the ability to make decisions at their level, everything has to be approved at the top.
