      Great Technology but Conservative Organization

      Pros

      Used to be Numero Uno of security companies and commanded respects from customers. Teams were closely knitted like family with smart technical and sales people.

      Cons

      Did not invest enough on marketing of brand, end up losing alot of mindshare to Palo Alto Networks Too many changes on regional management which de-stabilized teams Salary pay are low and not much increment

      Pros

      Extremely successful company, stable, grows every year (over 25 years), does not conduct periodical "resizing" rounds, though people who are clearly under-performers will be shown the door our, knows it's business, very technological, the culture is open (e.g just call the person you need to ask something), non-BS and much less bureaucratic then other companies (mostly US based).

      Cons

      Not a big spender or pampering, though they will spend the money on technology where justified.

      Stability, tolerance, health-care, social conditions, No.1 Security company, multiple career opportunities, lack of fun at work

      Cons

      No focus on product quality, old and weak IT infrastructure, low salaries, no leased car, spread between few buildings in TLV (employees are squeezed into rooms and open space)
