Supportive leadership team that values employee input and growth Positive and collaborative work environment—my coworkers feel like family Opportunities to advance within the company and take on new challenges Strong focus on customer service and doing things the right way. We believe in supporting the local community as well with volunteer opportunities offered every month. Benefits - competitive pay, employee events (picnic, quarterly celebrations and a chance to win a trip every year!), paid volunteer hours.

Cons

The automotive industry is fast paced, it can be challenging for those who prefer slower days.

Co-workers are the only thing that make the job worth it sometimes You can learn a lot and it’s a good way to get your foot in the door Overtime even when you don’t want it

Cons

Pay is terrible Management keeps proving they don’t know who works or don’t care No foreman Service manager without foreman can’t manage entire department No in-house HR Lack of communication It takes ten weeks to get anything done
