Treated as a peon, management thinks everyone who isn't in an office is disposable. Overall attitude toward employees is poor. Company states "We are here to take care of the customers" which I agree with. However, when decisions to recommend things on cars that are not in the customers best interest, I spoke up and said that we should not be doing these things. I was promptly told, "if I don't like it than I should leave" (this was spoken by my immediate manager and the VP) Checkered flag does not take care of the customers, they only care about taking their money. Checkered flag does not care about it's employees, only about how many hours we can work for them and how much money we can make them. Long and the short of it, If you want to work for a company that only cares about making money and not paying you, then this is your place!

Pros with the company is money was great, opportunity to win trips, and meeting many new clients.

Cons

Company falls short about caring for the employee, the fail to realize that if you take care of the employee, they will take care of the customer. They focus more about the money and not the people who make them the money. To many politics when it comes to promoting, lack of communication from management (meaning they wait concern plie up and then consult you about them) Benefits are horrible and costly. They are survey driven company and don't always care about the whole picture just was said by the customer even if the customer is in the wrong and the employee was right.
