Managers are willing to help and coach. Communication and expectations are clear. Everyone is held accountable to their performance. If they weren't, the rest would be losing opportunities due to the lack of effort. If you're looking for a job to slack off, this is not it.

Cons

Some things take a long time to implement. Things do get done, sometimes at a slower pace than we are capable of.
