Cons

The car business can be a little stressful at times, but if you like cars and a high-pace working environment, the Flag is the place to be!

Checkered Flag has always been on the cutting edge in all realms of the automotive landscape. <ul><li>Paid vacation from DAY 1.</li><li>Health Benefits from DAY 1.</li><li>401k benefits from DAY1.</li><li>Company paid employee appreciation events.</li></ul><br>The list goes on and on.

Cons

Sales departments are open on all holidays but Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, and Easter. Even though they are open for holidays like 4th of July, the stores do close early so there's still time to enjoy.

Multiple locations and brands available to work for. Also management team make good decisions and I would recommend this employer to a friend.

Cons

I worked in sales and as a finance manger and they are both commission jobs but most are so not really a con.
