There was a time when Checkered Flag was the automotive company in the area to work for. They were the company you wanted to get to.

Cons

There was a culture change when several VPs in the company retired at the same time. Then when they had a hard time keeping those positions filled there was an even more drastic change. Not for the better, over the years things just got worse and worse. Many in the industry now knew this was like a sweat shop. Using people up and throwing them away; unless you were smart enough to leave on your own terms.
