Hard work but worth it

Pros

After being with this company for a few years, I've seen it grow and go through a lot. In the end, we're being thoughtful about our growth and scaling wisely. Benefits are numerous and generous, the culture and core values are more than just a poster on the wall, and hard work is really recognized.

Cons

Be ready for a higher bar than most companies. Your best is meeting expectations here. Many people can't keep up. Management will disregard suggestions from people with more experience than them at times, which can be frustrating, especially when we see failings in those areas later on.

-Checkr has the most engaged employees of any company I've worked for -Diverse workforce that is trying to be more inclusive every day -Mission driven organization that lives by its values -Focus on reform of the way people use background checks -Disrupting a stodgy industry -Great perks like meals, awesome snacks, beautiful office, massages, and more

-Sometimes long hours -Regular startup growing pains
