Super diverse workforce Passionate employees - really care about the product, customers, and mission of the company Transparency from top to bottom - executives open and honest about everything Great perks, lunch/dinner provided daily, group lunches that are expensed every other week. Very collaborative environment Giving back to community through driving awareness and developing programs around second chance hiring for those with criminal backgrounds

Cons

No real WFH flexibility yet, although it sounds like that is coming

Pros

Awesome people that are really passionate about the mission. It's at the fun stage of a start up where there is processes in place but nothing is set in stone. You can tell management wants people to enjoy where they work.

Cons

I haven't run in to too many yet. I'm coming from another start up so I'm used to the chaos.

Executive leadership walks the walk - An environment where people really care about each other - this applies to leadership as well! - Leadership has a clear vision and provides good focus and direction - Collaboration is fostered and everyone's contributions are appreciated - Lot's of upward mobility. Many teammates have moved to different roles within the organization and it's encouraged and supported - Mission & Values driven company - Product is badass and continues to get better. Heavy investment on innovation and being the best - An orientation that was way better than my larger, past enterprise employers - Fair compensation that makes you feel appreciated
