Hard working people, well-rounded company
Pros
Checkr employees work incredibly hard and really care about each individual project. There are a ton of opportunities to get involved in aside from your "job description." You can tell that everyone works together and genuinely cares about making a change. The company culture and morale is unlike one I've seen (huge reason I chose Checkr). People care about your individual happiness and making sure everyone feels at home - there are constant efforts to make sure this does not fall through the cracks. I feel like I am working with people around me that can teach me a ton and want to see me grow. Free lunch and dinner helps :) Great benefits - 100% health, gym, commuter, etc
