Pros

* The company culture is fantastic. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and always willing to lend a hand. It's a place where you feel valued and appreciated. * Our sales team is incredibly tight-knit. We work together seamlessly, celebrate each other's successes, and constantly push each other to achieve more. * Lately, we've been absolutely crushing our targets. The momentum we've built is exhilarating and motivating. It's great to be part of a team that consistently performs at such a high level.

Cons

* Layoffs in Q1: The layoffs earlier this year were tough and unexpected. It was a difficult period for everyone, and it took some time to recover from that. * The nature of our business is quite seasonal, following hiring cycles. This means we experience significant ups and downs throughout the year. While the highs are great, the lows can be challenging to navigate.
