Pros

most ground-level employees/coworkers are great nice offices

Cons

- leadership has insane turnover rates that they try to cover up by blaming hiring mishaps or change in direction - truth is most quit because it's a circus at the exec level, or ceo fires them because he plays favorites and dislikes those who catch onto and won't tolerate his chaos - ceo can be brutal: favoritism, anger outbursts, public humiliation, etc - leadership hides all their mess behind the mission. has changed over time - its now purely a branding and marketing ploy. many of us left because it became clear the execs weren't truly mission-driven. - don't expect the vision you were sold to stick for longer than a few months. so unstable that it made me worried about the company's stability. the constant change in direction frustrated ELT members a ton - work/life balance? depends on your team and boss but often your night or weekend plans could be derailed by a request from upper ranks

Pros

Some of the people were the best I've worked with

Cons

Went through 33% layoffs recently, with more including some of my coworkers silently pushed out before and after Management not being held accountable No sustainable strategy to address recent struggles with revenue/profitability: Laying off/offshoring important positions might only make the numbers look good for the next quarter but will come back to bite you later on Please focus on running the business instead of creating policies to drive attrition (RTO badge tracking, low raises, etc)
