      - Checkr is a uniquely positioned tech company that has a solid future ahead - The long-term vision is motivating and it's a highly collaborative environment - Comp and benefits are solid overall with plenty of resources to do your job well - Great connection events across the full workforce

      Pros

      Ok benefits, free lunch, some of the upper management seem nice.

      Cons

      I don’t understand how some of the directors with 100%+ annual attrition and average team tenure of 7 months dare to call themselves “leader”. This is the first time ever in my employee history where most of the ICs are so openly talking about wanting to leave after just a few months of employment.

      - Strong product, defensible in the world of AI "SaaSpocalypse" - Strong company leadership. Smart people who are driving towards the right vision on how we will continue to grow and win as a company. - Good talent density. People are smart and experts in their field

      Cons

      - Too much administrative overhead within the company processes. A lot of weekly / bi weekly / monthly "business review" meetings that take significant time away from actual execution. - Span of control requirements limit career mobility for high performing ICs looking to evolve into people manager role, and makes work life balance very difficult to maintain for individuals in people manager roles
