      Fast moving, dynamic environment filled with hardworking fantastic folks. We're solving real problems and providing significant value to companies and consumers across the country. We work hard and have lots of fun!

      Cons

      Sometimes things can get a bit hectic, and even overwhelming, given the speed at which we are growing. But we make it happen!

      Pros

      This is a company where everyone has a voice and gets to see the difference that their voice makes. There are a ton of perks, including catered meals and flexible time off, but the perks are just a natural part of the culture - Checkr is like a family, and an important part of who we are is that we take care of one another. This feeds an awesome work environment; a small (and growing!) team who are working hard to make sure that everyone in the company is successful. And it's working - the company is growing. Everything the company tackles is done with thoughtful creativity, and I can honestly say that every one of my coworkers is an expert at what they do, and they're wicked smart.

      Cons

      We're growing! There are a never-ending challenges, and there is never enough time to get the work done. It's not for the faint-of-heart or anyone who shies away from absolute honesty and transparency.

      Pros

      Checkr has a great office culture, very transparent and open. The business is growing at unprecedented rates and it is incredible to be a part of such explosive growth. There is a lot of opportunity to learn and grow your personal career. Most importantly, it is a great group of people.

      Cons

      there is a certain level of risk and some growth pains. But a clear vision that makes it all worth it.
