Pros
Good Benefits, Flexible PTO and other good benefits. Good Tech people.
Cons
High Case load, but only hourly wage. Which means you are pressured to get the cases done in 8 hours with no overtime. If you don't you are looked down on. Most people are prideful and work off the clock to keep up. It can be stressful. They may have scaled that back since i was there. I left before the huge layoffs. They also had a mission statement that was misleading, saying they care about candidates and fair chance hiring. That though can be adjusted of course for large clients(money)who want to see everything, regardless of age, severity, dismissed or otherwise, basically if its not expunged some large clients can see it and use it in hiring decisions if its not against laws. There are a lot of loopholes in what can be shown on these reports, most CRA's make a moral choice to remove some of these records, checkr shows more then most. Of course employers can choose to make decisions based on this, but don't say you are fair chance, when you will show basically anything for the right price. They do help with fair chance as far as helping recently released convicts, programs and such and they do hire a lot of fair chance people to work for them, but of course many of them were affected by the major layoff.
