Pros
It was very flexible and the overall atmosphere was positive.
Cons
Somewhere along the acquisition spree and ego pumping. There as huge turnover (more accurately, a purge!) starting from the top. When it reached the bottom it was a bloodbath for US employees. To anyone with an offer in hand or is looking for a job. Checkr(currently) is only good for collecting temporary paychecks. Your real career is still out there. I was given monopoly money with an expiration date unless the company goes public. Which it probably won't. Only the very top level could cash out on Checkr perceived market value. No one else could until it IPO.
