Too many product changes when building product

This is the place where brown nosing will get you to the top. I have seen people getting promoted 5 times in a year. I wonder how holes they filled to go up the ladder that fast? I also saw all of their lackey's getting promoted multiple times in a year. One person is a legit clown. Juggling clown balls during meetings, pretending to take notes down, and then proceeding to ask his subordinates for their opinion because the only notes they took during the meeting was drawing themselves juggling clown balls. This is their day-to-day. This person did not do anything for 3 years and was promoted because he knew one of the biggest brown nosers at the top of the corpo chain. I witness this in real-time and I couldn't believe it. I wonder if anyone knows who this is... It is not what you know. It is who you know. Imagine "The Human Centipede". That is Checkr. The difference is that you have people going at it multiple angles simultaneously. When you give kids and their fellow brown nosers power, you get a koolaid spinning machine.
