It was unnecessarily stressful at times

-Good pay when tips were good -Typically a friendly environment

Cons

-Hard to ask for time off or have a standard schedule once you become reliable. I was called in and guilted to come in way more than I should have been -Covid-19 devastated the work force and highlighted issues with transparency between the management and staff with regards to health and safety.
