      Pros

      Love all the staff I work with and almost all will help if needed. Seriously feels like family. They work well with your schedule as well.

      Cons

      Upper management could care less about their employees and more on their bonus.

      They really are not a scratch kitchen. They care nothing about you. You are just a number.

      Great before the Darden takeover

      Fast paced environment. Flexible schedule.

      Cons

      Since Darden has taken over the food quality isn’t as good and corporate has made so many new changes and my weekly average has gone down because they now limit my tables and made even more cheaper options. I can’t ask my guest to give me over 20% when their check is only $8!
