Where do I start? This company understands that a successful restaurant starts with PEOPLE! It is all about the employees and the guests. They really take feedback seriously and use it to make themselves better as a company.

Cons

some of the transition since the Darden acquisition can be tough but with that change has come better systems and support.

If your any good in the food service industry they will let you make your own schedule, because they can't keep anyone but drug addicts or drug dealers (he cooks the steaks). So if your not a crackhead you can make a little money.

Cons

Terrible price point, you are guaranteed to work twice as hard for half the money. You will never be promoted unless you are a homosexual or a woman, men need not apply.
