Pros

Great training, great team mentality, large sections

Cons

It's not the busiest restaurant in the world, sometimes there were slow days and they wouldn't cut the floor nearly as quickly as they should have

LITERAL WORST

Pros

Most managers were caring and nice

Cons

I worked here for a few months before quitting. They barely trained me because the servers were too overwhelmed to teach me (that should’ve been a sign). They give way too much work to the servers. There are “bust boys” who hang out in the bathroom and only clean up cups and wipe off the table. On my second day ever serving I had EIGHT tables (one which was a party of 10). The servers are so overwhelmed they can’t care for the customers so they get pissed (hence the poor reviews on google and yelp) and then the server makes terrible tips. Also, the bar is ridiculous. The main bartender is very mean, rude, territorial, aggressive, and then takes forever (because they don’t have enough people) and most of the time the drinks arrive after the food has arrived or already finished. They have such a high turnover because they don’t help their servers. Also, no one ever taught me how to properly carry food trays (which can be extremely heavy and hot - I’ve burned my hands and was told to “not be a baby”).

Pros

Flexible Schedule if they allow it.

Cons

Management is a nightmare. Corporate is even worse. When we had our corporate meetings last year for the release of "Scratch Kitchen" one of the ladies from Corporate was bragging to us about buying her second home. They belittled us the entire meeting. While we were playing "games" to learn the new material, they made us feel idiots if we got a question wrong. If management doesn't like you, you're not going to have a good shift. They will not table visit for you. They make up lies and don't protect their employees, sometimes, even bully you to quit. I've watched it happen to several girls I've worked with.
