Cons

Stressful Few tables in a section. Even though the restaurant was slow, I would get 3ish tables, which would sometimes come down to having 1 occupied an hour. A lot of bad tippers. People cheap poorly because it is a relatively inexpensive restaurant.

Squeezing of servers' job for max low cost

Flexibility in scheduling. Online schedule system.

Cons

Sidework consumes servers earnings making them go down to the minimum federal wage and it is a lot work non stop because it gets very busy and the restaurant is understaffed. Earnings would be fair for the amount of work done if sidework is less than 15 minutes or pod at federal minimum wage non server.
